Returns Policy


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS


1. WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

You have the right to return all the order or part of it without being obliged to announce to us the reason you want the products’ return, upon 14 days deadline from the day you received them. In this case, you are burdened only the direct cost of products’ return. If the bank is not compatible with Shaikko suggested banks, then the bank transfer commision charged on customer.

For exercising the withdrawal right, you have the obligation to fill out and send the special <<return form>>. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition you received it, without being tampering the package and confirming that the specific marking are not removed. Furthermore, you must include the receipt at the same time with the withdrawal statement submission that is included in <<return form>>. The return will be accepted by shipment with a transportation company (courier), or in one of our stores and only after the company’s approval.

In case of products’ return and depending, on the one hand the way you chose to pay your order and on the other hand the way the return will take place, your money will be return upon 5 working days from the day we will receive the products. In case the return reason concerns the company’s mistake (Shaikko By Haris Ragavis), commits itself to send again courier to the address you defined for the order receipt at its own expense. In case that a customer wants the return of their product without company’s fault, then the shipment expenses burden the customer. In case you choose a return with transportation companies, we do not provide any guarantee for the receipt times of the products you return to us. In case you choose the shipment with post office, we cannot receive your return. After we receive the product, we will process immediately your request and we will inform you, for its further process. After the product’s return and provided that company will approve it, the costumer is compensated either for the whole amount, or with a corresponding deposit in their Bank account which they have filled out on return form, that necessary go along with the returned product, or with another way according to the above.

1.2 REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case that a customer wants to change each product, is obliged to follow one of the following ways:

1.2.1 To return the product to the company with a transportation company (courier) and to make a new order. In that case, the return cost burdens the customer.

1.2.2 After communicating with the company, to make the exchange to any of the company’s stores in Greece, without any charge.


If the return reason considers the company’s fault, the return cost burdens the company. After the return of the product, the customer is compensated either for the whole amount, or with a corresponding deposit in their Bank account which they have filled out on return form, that necessary go along with the returned product.


1.3 DETAILED RETURN GUIDE IN THE ABOVE (1) AND (2) CASES

In order to be completed the return of the purchased product(s), the customer have to do so:

1.3.1 The product to be in the initial package and in the same perfect condition they received it, with the receipt and including the products’ special markings (tags).

1.3.2 The product to go along with the completed <<Return Form>>.

1.3.3 The product’s return to be done upon the exclusive 14 days deadline from the receipt date.



1.4 RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER

Our customer have the right to cancel their order under the following specific conditions:

1.4.1 In case that the on line order (check out) has not been completed, you can cancel the procedure clicking the button back on your browser.

1.4.2 In case that the on line order (check out) has been completed, you are requested to contact with a representative of the company , so to inform you further for the procedure to be followed. Your order can be canceled, under the precondition that has not already transacted from the company.

There is no right to cancel an order after the following cases.

Note:

For reasons of hygiene, won’t accept returns of underwear, swimsuits, leggings, and generally products that can affect the personal hygiene of a human.

All the products that are returned to the stores and the central storage, are subject to meticulous quality control

To avoid your discomfort, it is good to check carefully during the time of the delivery of your order, the condition of the sold products and the intactness of their package, in order to be ascertained any obvious defects. In case that a defect is ascertained during the quality control on a product that has been returned, the company is obliged to communicate with the customer to solve the problem and preserve the right to not accept the exchange or the return of this product.

In case you want to return your products you purchased, you have to communicate with a representative of the on line store, so to inform you for the specific store in which the return will take place.


1.5 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Except for the above rights, the buyer, in case of a product has a defect or lack of an agreed capacity, has all the rights from the existing provisions and laws about the agreement of sale and protection of a costumer.
